Are you ready for BeastFeast? Five Chefs. Five Dishes. Craft Beer. Two Desserts. Live DJ. Live Art. Live Everything!

Atlanta is offering  the most must attend events all month long.  I always enjoy going to events held at SweeWater. Big space, people watching and of course beer flowing all day long. This year AllWays Open Creative and SweetWater Brewery are hosting a culinary extravaganza unlike anything Atlanta has ever witnessed called The Beast Feast on Thursday, October 18th, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Atlanta’s finest, most eccentric and eerily talented culinary geniuses will demonstrate how “beastly” they are in their restaurants via extraordinary fashion.  Featuring five heralded executive chefs who are responsible for creating a dish to pair with SweetWater’s revered line of craft brews. They are:

Mike LaSage: Executive Chef, P'Cheen/Co-Owner, Chef, Bone Lick BBQ

Joey Ahn: Executive Chef, SOHO

Edward Russell: Executive Chef, Parish

Jared Lee Pyles: Opening Villains in Old Fourth Ward

Matt Deckard: Executive Chef, Deckard's Tavern and Tappan Street

To embrace Halloween spirit, AllWays Open will transform each chef into a BEAST through various digital art platforms. Once finished, these works of art will premiere at one of the most anticipated dining events of the year. Each participant of this quintet will create an exclusive dish for the limited VIP tickets ($39.99, which also includes all custom desserts and gift bags).

Another Beast—SweetWater Head Brewer Nick Nock—will be filling SweetWater pint glasses with his crafted ales which will be strategically paired with the five chefs’ dishes. Not a beer drinker? Wine tastings of co-sponsor Piccolo Tesoro Rose Moscato will be poured throughout the night!

For dessert, East Atlanta’s revered OMG Cup and Cakes and local gourmet ice cream makers and High Road Craft, will be making extraordinary treats using SweetWater’s beer and award-winning Picolo Tessuro Moscato as well.

Sam Flax will be sponsoring paint, canvases, and easels for live art created by three revered Atlanta artists—Michi Meko, Eric Nine, Jeremy Ray —plus an exhibit by eccentric sculptor Shawn Knight. DJ Kemit will make you body move by spinning on the ones and twos, and many more surprises in store. So sit for a spell and have a brew.
